Kim Golden
Kim specializes in residential listing, buying, and investing in Memphis, TN and the surrounding areas, including Mississippi. Many of her clients know her as a Life Transitions Realtor, helping them step into whatever the next era of their life may be, with confidence, balance and assurance. She prides herself on standing in the gaps at the intersections of preparation, possibility, opportunity and success.
Kim has lived in (and around) Memphis her entire life and graduated Cum Laude from Christian Brothers University with a degree in Business and Psychology. For the first 15 years of her career, she held senior roles as a Project Manager and Business Analyst with some of the most noteworthy corporations in the city, such as FedEx, ALSAC-St.Jude, Hilton, and Eversana. In 2019, Kim decided to step out on faith and sow into something that she has always loved...Real Estate. By the second year of being a Realtor, she was inducted into the Multi-Million Dollar Club (2021-2023) and has now closed over $30 million of real estate in the past 7 years. Along the ways she's earned several credentials, including Certified Pricing Strategist, Sellers Representative Specialist and Certified Probate and Divorce Specialist. She's licensed in TN (#352376) and MS (#B-24774) and services Shelby County, Fayette County, Tipton County, Desoto County and Marshall County.
